Incredibly health plant, gorgeous

My Persian line has been in the ground a couple weeks now and is still thriving and never even showed a bit of stress. It came well packaged and with a large amount of extremely healthy foliage and roots.
I have purchased a few trees from them and it has been fantastic so I proceeded to send one to my son for his birthday. I imagine things would've gone well however because the shop app is so prevalent on their website I inadvertently clicked through them and Shop pulled up an old billing address and then used incorrect address addresses. I noticed it right away and because there's no phone number I contacted them by email. The email was responded to promptly and the situation apparently rectified. They confirmed the same day that all the addresses had been corrected and they must've been because they were able to use my charge.. well the billing address must've been corrected, but the shipping address proceeded and within five days I received my son's gift. We have since had back-and-forth emails that same. They are sincerely trying to get him his birthday present on time.
I will also say that the denim planter that I sent to him with his plant because I thought it would be more of a finished gift is I believe more expensive than it ought to be. It's a nice plastic pot thicker than sturdy and attractive. However, $65 for a smallish pot isn't reasonable. Their first email told me that I should mail the pot to him myself because it would be less expensive than them shipping it. The Postal Service wanted to charge me $25 to ship it so that would make a plastic pot $90. They are going to send the Sease plant onto my son to correct this situation. We'll see if they're able to correct the planter situation. I must say everyone's been very nice through this process. It's just bizarre not to be able to call someone on the phone.
I understand they may not wanna list it as a primary source of communication, but they ought to have the ability to email you a phone number to correct these types of problems or at least go through text messaging, which is more immediate

Great Lime Tree

My lime tree came packaged really securely, is so healthy and has a ton of blooms and so many tiny little limes already. I wasn't even sure it would produce the first year, bit now I'm wondering what I'm going to do with so many limes!

Another Winner

This is my second tree from Via Citrus. My first was a gifted Calamondin. Although I was initially skeptical about a mail order plant, they both arrived in great shape and already blooming. I have been pollinating with a small brush and have dozens of potential fruit. These were well cared for trees and I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Via Citrus again.

Fantastic limes!

Really enjoying our lime tree. It arrived in great condition with multiple buds on it and we had limes in less than two weeks! It continues to grow and prosper…highly recommend this product!
